Property layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
